How to get there

The best way to get to our clinic is to drive down the Nepean Highway (turning into Centre Road) or North Road (turning into Thomas Street). Centre Road has many traffic and pedestrain lights and tends to be congested even on weekends and after hours - the locals avoid it and so should you. There is 1 hour parking in front of the clinic with plenty of unrestricted parking on Thomas Street or on Centre Road either before or after the shopping strip. In peak times allow about 40 minutes travel time from the City.

If coming by public transport there is a regular train service to the Bentleigh station on the Frankston line. It is an easy 1km walk from the train station. When leaving the train station make sure you turn right (if coming from the City). You should pass a real estate agent on the corner. If you pass a Sushi bar (or Target Country) you are going the wrong way! A bus service runs down Centre Road with a bus stop opposite the clinic but it is generally quicker to walk than wait for the bus.

Clinic hours and patient information

All consultations are by appointment only. David is available Monday - Thursday from 10am - 8pm (last appointment 7pm or 6.30pm for new patients), Friday mornings (summer only) and Sundays 11am - 3pm.

If you are a new patient coming for a naturopathy or kinesiology treatment you will need to bring any medicines, natural supplements, herbs or vitamins you are taking (bring the bottles as many products have similar names). It would also be helpful if you keep a food dairy for a week or two and make a note of your stools (formed, unformed, float or sink). Women may also be asked about their menstural history if appropriate. If coming for kinesiology, I recommend you wear loose comfortable clothing (such as tracksuit, comfortable pants or leggings) as we sometimes need to work with the muscles on the legs. Kinesiology is carried out fully clothed and you will be draped if necessary.

If coming for a massage you will need to undress to a level you are comfortable with but you must wear underwear.
